Description
Sketch 101 is an introductory course set to teach you the basics of sketch comedy writing. On day one, you’ll learn about the fundamentals of sketch writing. The following sessions will take on a “Writer’s Room” format, in which all students will come prepared with a sketch to read in class for feedback. Students will receive notes from their fellow classmates and instructor. This 5-week course will culminate with one final table read of the best sketches from students that will feature comedic actors from the Improv Collective Community.
Bonus! Our class enrollment is capped at 8 students, to maximize individual feedback.
